One of his neighbors, named Karthik plans to control their atrocities. He comes to know about Maya and her mysterious background. So, he tries to connect Maya and Viji and plans him to send out of their area. As per his plan, Viji falls for Maya. He goes to Maya’s home in Kerala to meet her family and get the permission for their marriage. There, he gets stuck with the ghosts and how he comes out, forms the rest of the plot.
